Evergreen Development is a new home builder in Snohomish County. Almost all of our development projects are in Snohomish County. We are not just a developer, we are also the general contractor for any project that we develop. From design to development and from permitting to construction we steer and control the entire process to ensure continuity and seamless execution of the design plans. Therefore we can deliver a good or better quality home to our customers. Our ability to design, develop and construct new plats and new communities rests on 20 years of experience of our sister company – Evergreen Contracting in the residential construction industry. Having started as a remodeling contractor Evergreen Contracting has gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential construction, from foundation to roof, from exterior to interior finishes. We have many happy customers in the greater Seattle area for whom we have done custom interior work or any custom construction projects.
